I have updated the firmware but the Ver 2.5 is still showing?

I called support about this, they said it is an impending version, so all is okay.
The ver 2.6 isn't fully added yet due to stability with the operating system.

The 2.6->2.7 is still being fixed & would be ready soon.
Please just use the regular updates via version 2.5.

When will this be available?
My ripping problem returned and now I am experiencing boot-up problems. I think the unit would benefit from a refreshed software download. No amount of fiddling with any of the settings makes any difference. I think the firmware is corrupted.
Can you tell me what the problem was last time it was returned and fixed? I know a new tray type drive was fitted, but the problem returned after probably less than 12 CDs had been ripped.

Mick sorry for your ripping errors, the newer firmware would show you where the issue(s) are ...
The ver 2.7 is available if you want to do it manually.
Most users already run ver 2.7 ...
No media files or settings would be deleted & do not click on the Back to Main Menu link
