Just updated, then saw the last post and panicked.
Just need to use the sort button to make the list return to alpha order.
Phew!
Will see how the rest of it works now.
Hope it's worth the wait.

My X10 has just downloaded and updated firmware to R1805 but I can't find any information on the support page about this update or what it contains.

Album search "Art Cover" bing...

Are there any notes available for this firmware update yet?
Also has anyone used it yet? And most importantly does it support an incremental backup?

Incremental backup was implemented back in R1663. For example, a full backup of a 0.9 tb database to my NAS drive takes about 2 days. After adding a dozen albums, a repeat backup takes less than an hour.

R1805 now includes the option to perform a backup in Background Mode & this works fine for me. When the backup is running in the background, navigate to Setup -> Music DB -> Backup & press the MENU button to display the current status. Browsing & music playback still work as normal with the backup running in the background.

You are right incremental backup was introduced with R1663, however it was lost again to a lot, but not all, users with R1793. R1805 has not rectified the problems for those users. It's interesting what you say about backup in background mode, will try that.
