I hope I am in the correct forum. I have ripped 750 cd's and wish to backup to ext 2.0tb on selecting backup get message converting -try later this has been running 27 hours still no sign of completion. Help please.

Since you have ripped your cds in a format other than WAV.....converting needs to be completed.

Depending on the "quality" of the encoding that you picked, it can take the X10 maybe 1.5 times the total playing time of the tracks to convert them. If you've ripped lots of CDs all at once, just leave the unit powered on, and it will get there!
