I just wanted to shout out that the technical support has been great with assisting me with some tech issues with the X100! Thanks to Koby, John, and others who have helped in this endeavor. Timely follow-up and willingness to spend the time getting to the root of the problem is the mark of great customer service and they did this in spades! Thanks again, you guys!
