Can I ask if it's possible on a future upgrade, if the frequency of 44.1K can ever be displayed properly instead of 44K?
Also, is it really necessary for the info to display 2CH ?
I mean, I'm not aware of any multi-channel files that either the X10 or X30 can output?
Just some thoughts ;)

Hi Admin
Can this be done on the next fw update please?
I know it's not the most important thing on top of the list (enabling incremental backup is in my opinion), but it really does look unprofessional where it displays ''44K, when it should show '44.1K'.
And there is absolutely no reason for it to display '2Ch' at all.
We all know that the X30 (and X10) is only capable of 2 channel audio, and the files it can play are only in 2 channel.
It's not a surround sound receiver!! Lol :D

Thanks admin, much appreciated :)
The file info is great. Just that it isn't actually correct in displaying 44K when the files are actually 44.1Khz.
Maybe if it could display (as an example) 'flac 44.1Khz 16bit' as opposed to 'flac 44K 2Ch 16B'

Another nice feature would be if the size of the album art could be changed when displayed in the playing screen.
Currently the album art uses about half of the screen space on the left hand side. If it could be changeable within the setup menu so you could select say 'large' and 'small' (small being half current size) it would mean more space for text info etc, and less scrolling!
Would look quite neat and tidy.

Sorry, not sure these are really relevant.
44K means 44Khz & 16B is 16bit logical std mode is 2ch.
Decimals are not really ... :D
Also there are 3 modes during the playing screen or use a slide show.

It's just that all other streamers/servers show the decimal, including audio software (iTunes etc), and all professional audio software displays this (ie- 44.1, 48, 96 etc).
It just seems odd that the X30 should just show 44k! :?
I personally find the scrolling display option very distracting, although i do appreciate that some users like it :)

Why not turn off the scrolling option - 0ff/1/2/3 ? (via setup)

But by doing that, the text isn't completely displayed due to lack of space (only half of the screen) which is why i suggested that if the artwork was smaller, it would enable more screen space for text info :)
To be honest, its not that important and i can live with it, but the frequency display to show 44.1 (44,100Khz) should be the correct display instead of 44K.
All of my software and other audio equipment (DAC etc) correctly display 44.1.
I'm not aware of anything else that displays 44K on this frequency.
If it's to show file info, then surely it needs to be correct :?
