Oh dear. Two years later and no reply. I only found your query after i posted a similar question and some part work-arounds here http://www.cocktailaudio.co.uk/Forum/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=1110&p=7163#p7163
I guess the only quick way would be to pay for a pdf to excel converter (free ones won't convert a large file). When i tried using on-line converters they didn't work. Maybe the file is too big. I would be very grateful if anyone else finds a solution to what should be a simple operation, printing a spreadsheet directly from Cocktail. Come on guys improve my dream machine!!

[Important edit]
Actually i just remembered when i tried to do this a couple of months ago a guy had posted a video on Youtube showing that a pdf could be pasted into the 2013 version of word and retains the columns. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x4d_NqslOe0
I don't have this version but it looks like a great way to do it.

[edit 2]
Don't try with the 14 day free trial of Nitro. It converts pdf to excel but does not recognise the columns so doesn't work for us.
There is a pdf file converter out on the internet which allows you to choose manually the column breaks but the free version will not allow for a lot of pages.
Sorry can't remeber the name possibly PDF to Excel 3.1
