When the x10 unit refused to put the art work on I have been using the x10 web gui on my I pad. I found that Amazon worked sometimes. When it didn't I deleted the album title from the search bar (left it blank) just left the artists name and searched again and a selection of album covers came up. I selected the appropriate cover and haypresto. It's a work round until a possible fix.

Amazon cover update : I have just tried the album title in the search and leaving the artist blank this works sometimes but results can be a bit random.

Thanks for that. I managed to get the new ELO album cover but not any others. Will keep trying. Hope for a fix, but not holding my breath.

Since the Artwork connection to google stopped I have had to rip CDs without any artwork. Is Cocktail Audio ever going to fix this please? I bought the X10 with this as a main feature - very disappointed it still doesn't work.

Since the latest firmware update a month or so ago this is has been resolved, at least for me! Have you updated?
