hi...merry Christmas everybody...ive seen and advert for a Bluetooth transmitter which fits in a usb slot...I was wondering if this would work on an X10 allowing it to connect to the cocktail audio speaker?

X10 doesn't support USB audio....you could you the wifi to send music to the bf11 via numerous free apps. BTC is limited to 10m I think - generally :)
I think the web interface has a direct play via wifi without an app too on pro x100 however I am not sure if it is also on the x10???
If you state what you want to do perhaps I might be able to help...
You could try a transmitter that sends via Jack??? (Not 100% sure though)

cheers Stane…..ive tried various apps to get the bf11 to connect with the x10 to no avail...I can get my phone to work though?....I thought the usb was too easy to be true...thanks for your reply...and all the best for 2020

Hey thanks Happy New Year...
I use the BF11 too, mostly to play radio via the prox100 web-GUI/app in a different room.
However the BF11 works with any DLNA, Airplay & UPNP, it is quite underrated most people are paying £120+ for just BT speakers alone :)

1. Pair with your router (using web-connection)
2. load an compatible app
3. Point the library as X10 & player as BF11

Wanted to load the PDF but the forum doesn't allow the format.
